Daniel K. Winton
Dan Winton has specialized in real estate and business matters for the past thirty five years. He opened his practice in 2002 after having practiced law as a partner of Snell & Wilmer, as a partner of Paone, Callahan, McHolm & Winton and as a partner of Rutan & Tucker.
As a recognized community and industry leader, Dan has served as Chairman of the Board and as a Board member of the California Business Properties Association and as a Board member of the Orange County Business Council. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties where he served on the Board of Directors. Dan is "A-V" peer rated (the highest legal ability rating from Martindale-Hubbell). He is also active in his church.
Dan received a joint JD and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
