Experience In All Facets Of Leasing
Dan is familiar with the AIR industrial lease forms as well as other standard industrial lease forms. He has access to electronic versions of the AIR forms so he is able to make any revisions necessary to protect his client's interest, whether that client is the landlord or the tenant. Given his experience in the leasing arena, Dan is very comfortable addressing the critical issues as necessary to protect his client's interests.
With office and retail leases, Dan has represented both landlords and tenants and understands what issues are important to each party. He not only focuses on making those revisions which are necessary to protect his client's interests, but also negotiating the lease as expeditiously as possible so the tenant is able to occupy the premises as scheduled.
A ground lease presents unique issues with which Dan is familiar, whether it is the triple net nature of the ground lease, providing the tenant with the flexibility to develop the property and construct desired improvements, or the ability of the tenant to encumber its leasehold as security for a construction loan or permanent financing.
